1. Application

These terms apply to all relationships related to the use of this service between the user and us.

2. Registration

In this service, the registration will be completed when the applicant agrees to these terms and applies for registration in the way we specify, and we approve it. We may not approve the application for registration if we judge that the applicant has any of the following circumstances, and we shall not be obligated to disclose any reasons for this. 1. If false information is provided in the application for registration 2. If the application is from someone who has violated these terms 3. In other cases where we deem registration to be inappropriate

3. Management of Password and User ID

Users are responsible for properly managing their User ID and password for this service. Under no circumstances can a user transfer or lend their User ID and password to a third party, or share it with a third party. We will consider the use by the user who registered the User ID, if the combination of User ID and password matches the registered information. Except in cases where we are intentionally or grossly negligent, we shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of the User ID and password by a third party.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users must not perform the following acts when using this service. 1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals 2. Acts related to criminal behavior 3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of this service's servers or networks 4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service 5. Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information etc. about other users 6. Acts of impersonating other users 7. Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to this service 8. Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, rights of likeness, privacy, honor or other rights or interests of this service, other users of this service, or third parties 9. Acts for business, advertising, promotion, solicitation, or other profit-making purposes (except for those permitted by this service), acts for the purpose of sexual behavior or obscene acts, acts for the purpose of meeting or dating with an unfamiliar opposite sex, acts for the purpose of harassing or defaming other customers, acts of using this service for purposes different from the purposes intended by this service 10. Acts of religious activities or solicitation to religious organizations 11. Other acts that this service deems inappropriate

5. Suspension of Service Provision, etc.

The Service may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if it determines that any of the following reasons exist: 1. When maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service is conducted 2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters 3. When the computer or communication lines stop due to an accident 4. Other cases where the Service determines that it is difficult to provide the Service The Service shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

6. Usage Restrictions and Registration Cancellation

We may restrict the User's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the User's registration without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following: 1. Violation of any of the terms of this Agreement 2. When it is found that there are false facts in the registered items 3. If there is a failure to fulfill payment obligations 4. When there is no response to our communication for a certain period of time 5. If the Service has not been used for a certain period of time since the last use 6. Other cases where we judge that the use of the Service is not appropriate We shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User by the actions taken by us based on this section.

7. Disclaimer and Exemption Clauses

The Service does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that there are no de facto or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, compatibility with a particular purpose, security, etc., errors and bugs, rights infringement, etc.) in the Service. The Service shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User due to the Service. However, this exemption clause shall not apply if the contract between the Service and the User regarding the Service becomes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act. Even in the case mentioned in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Service shall not be liable for any damage caused by special circumstances (including cases where the Service or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of the damage) among the damages caused to the User due to the default or tort of the Service (excluding gross negligence). The Service shall not be liable for any transactions, contacts, or disputes, etc. that occur between the User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.

8. Modification, Termination, etc. of the Service

The Service reserves the right to change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to the user. We shall not be liable for any damage caused to the user due to such changes.

9. Modification of the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these terms under the following conditions, without requiring the individual consent of the user: 1. When the changes to the terms conform to the general benefit of the users. 2. When the changes to the terms do not contradict the purpose of the service usage agreement, and when, considering the necessity of the changes, the fairness of the content after the changes, and other circumstances regarding the changes, the changes can be considered reasonable.

10. Handling of Personal Information

We shall handle personal information obtained through the use of this Service appropriately in accordance with our 'Privacy Policy'.

11. Notices and Communications

Notifications or communications between the user and this Service shall be made in the manner specified by this Service.

12. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations

The user may not assign their status under the service agreement or rights or obligations based on these terms to a third party, or use them as collateral, without the prior written consent of this Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this Service, the courts in the jurisdiction of the location of the head office of this Service shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
